Filecoin Onchain Cloud (aka, Filecoin Services) is a new initiative to transform Filecoin from cold-archive storage into a new framework of on-chain and composable cloud services by enabling a growing set of reusable services built on top of the Filecoin storage layer. Its on-chain substrate, Filecoin on-chain payment, warm storage, SLAs, and standardized & CDN retrieval interfaces let any team ship a service (e.g., warm storage, guaranteed retrieval, compute-over-data) with the ease of deploying a smart contract.
This Cohort is a four-month program which is designed to support serious teams building sustainable businesses on top of Filecoin Onchain Cloud. Our goal is not to run another hackathon or hand out another grant, it’s to rigorously validate product-market fit (PMF) for Filecoin Onchain Cloud by collaborating with teams that are committed to solving real customer problems using programmable storage.

Weekly standup
A 30-45 minutes call where all teams briefly share their weekly progress, blockers, and upcoming goals to keep the cohort aligned and accountable.
Weekly open office hours
An open support session for teams to ask questions, get feedback, and interact with Filecoin mentors and FS core contributors.
Mentors will review the deliverable and progress for each phase for potential grants and other incentives.
